Community Forum on the Future of Education

Hibernian Hall | 184 Dudley Street, Boston, MA

The Massachusetts state legislature is poised to make a historic investment in public schools. But while a lot of attention has focused on the level of funding, there’s been less discussion about how schools and districts should use these resources. What programs and services do students need to succeed? How can schools better reflect the priorities of families and community members?

The Rennie Center for Education Research & Policy is hosting a community forum where we will raise these questions and gather input from students, parents, and community members. Local leaders will be have the opportunity to hear and respond to the ideas that are shared.
