COVID-19 has drastically reshaped the way our students learn and exacerbated the inequities that already plagued our schools and society. Our education system is at a crossroads. The conversation about where our system is and where it’s headed is more important than ever. So while the pandemic will keep us from meeting in person for our annual our Condition of Education in the Commonwealth event, we hope you’ll join us virtually for a critical discussion on the state of learning in this unprecedented time.
You’ll hear from educators and state leaders on and how we can build on the lessons of the past few months to chart a new vision for the future. We’ll share the latest data on progress in student achievement, whole child support, and equity in schools. And we’ll release our 2021 action guide that looks at how schools and their communities can work together to create a broader, more inclusive approach to teaching and learning.
