Our Team

As an Associate at the Rennie Center, Brian is committed to producing in-depth research to elevate practices and policies that will improve our public education system for all students. Prior to joining the Rennie team, Brian served as a Chief of Staff in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he worked on education policy matters related to civics education and school mental health. He has also worked in health education program design at multiple public health non-profits. Brian’s political and non-profit experience has provided him with a deep appreciation for community-led change efforts and on-the-ground qualitative data collection, which he carries into his work at the Rennie Center. A proud product of the public school system in central Massachusetts and a grandson of educators, Brian is passionate about educational equity and improving the student experience for all. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Geography from Dartmouth College.
